What if Collar Does Not Fit

What if my collar does not fit?  While filling out personalization, right below title click on Sizing Guide-How to measure or https://ruggit-collars.myshopify.com/admin/themes/10331555/editor#/pages/sizing-chart  If still collar does not fit we have a first time  one time "hassle free return" on any collar that does not fit to your likings. The actual cost to replace collar is no charge to you (one time only)

(a) Notify us at info@ruggitcollars.com that your collar does not fit and would like to exchange for one that does fit.

(b) Send back to Ruggit Collars, 28030 Harper, Saint Clair Shores, MI 48081 (You are responsible to pay to ship back as we will replace collar at no charge to you. We will ship back at our cost.)
